Questions before you choose

Why can't agencies and advisers see angels?

We show individual investors’ names only to people researching investment: founders and investors. We don't let them be used for sales targeting, so the Company data plan shows companies, rounds and investment firms only.

Can my team share one account?

On team plans the account owner invites colleagues by email, up to the number of seats. Each person signs in separately.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. Change plan or seats in the billing portal from your account page; the price is adjusted for the rest of your billing period.

Can I stop my subscription?

Yes. Turn off renewal at any time in your account and keep access until the end of the month, quarter or year you have paid for. If you are in fact buying as a consumer rather than for a business, you can also cancel within 14 days of buying. See sections 6 and 7 of the Terms.

Are prices plus VAT?

Yes. Each price is shown plus VAT, with the total including UK VAT under it. UK customers pay VAT at checkout. EU businesses give their VAT number at checkout (or their company registration number while a VAT number is on its way) and pay no UK VAT under the reverse charge. US customers pay no UK VAT. Invoices are issued by FMP Ventures Ltd.

Can I export lists?

On plans with exports, you can download companies, rounds and investment firms to CSV for your own analysis, within your plan's monthly allowance. Angels stay in Pulse: they aren't included in exports.

Will you introduce me to investors?

No. Pulse is a research tool and no plan includes introductions. Any approach you choose to make is your own.
